If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

CLEARDEAL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
